Gymsports Program Descriptions and Requirements

Kindergym 2-3 and 4-5
The ideal way for little ones to develop their basic motor skills in a safe and stimulating environment.
Parent participation.
1 class per week.
Gymstart Beginner,Prep 5-8 yrs
Learn coordination, body awareness and basic gymnastics skills. A fun class to introduce gymnastics apparatus, trampoline and safety.
Be willing to try.
1 class per week.
Gymstart teens 8-15 yrs
A great combination of Gymnastics and Trampoline which focuses of fitness and coordination skills for the over 8's to enjoy, learn and have fun.
Be willing to try.
1 class per week.
Tumble 4 Teens
Fun, fitness and coordination with more advanced tumbling and acrobatics for gymnasts and dancers.
Have a reasonable fitness level
1 class per week.
Bodyfit Ladies
A combination of fitness and body shaping, individual care. A no stress class.
A desire to feel better about yourself.
1 class per week.
Juggling
A fun beginner juggling class for over 10 year olds.
No pre-requisites
1 class per week.
WAG Levels 0,1-2
Women's Artistic Gymnastics has the ability help your child excel in developing skills for coordination, confidence and control. This program is based on the Australian Gymnastics levels system. Set routines are taught on beam, bars, floor and vault.
Completed your Gymstart certificate or equivalent. Comp teams require Club uniform.
Number of classes dependent on level. # indicates class combination see timetable.
WAG Level 3-4
Flicks and Saults class Tues and level 4-5 gym skills Thurs.
Level 3 gymnastics standard
1-2 classes per week
Junior WAG
A special developmental program for children who have the potential to trial for Qld High Performance Centre.
Hand selected from any program from the age of 5.
Minimum 2 classes per week.
WAG Squad
Program aim to prepare for WAG Comp Team, will attend local competitions.
Passed level 3 gymnastics, strength & flexibility tested

WAG Comp Team
A competitive program with the goal of achieving a high standard at Regionals and States
Based on skill, strength and flexibility testing.
4-5 classes per week.
MAG Levels 0-1-2
For strength and agility, menís artistic gymnastics has all the basics for a developing healthy boy into a strong and confident young man. This program is based on the Australian Gymnastics System.
Completed your Gymstart certificate or equivalent.
Number of classes dependent on level.
MAG Squad
A competitive program for the boys aiming for Regionals & States. State squad participation.
Tested criteria on skill, strength & flexibility.

Tramp Tumble Comp & Recreational
Tramp Tumble teaches Excellent aerial awareness, confidence and stability. Classes include tumbling for trampoline and double mini.
Completed your Gymstart certificate or equivalent.
Rec x 1 class Comp x 2 classes
Performance
For those who wish to perform and already possess a high level of gymnastic, acrobatic or dance ability. They will perform as a professional group at various functions.
Be at least WAG level 4 or equivalent. Participation by invitation.
1 class per week.
Cheer Basics Acrobatics
Cheerleading skills for beginners. Basic balances and group work for fun and fitness.
Basic gymnastics skills, usually completed Gymstart program
1 class per week.
Special Needs
Focus on physical awareness and structured play
Parent participation
1 class per week
    

Timetable for Block 2 - 2008

Fees and charges information

· A $40 annual registration fee is due joining, or on re-enrolment for each year.
· Programs cannot be combined for calculating rates, see policy document for details.
· Refunds shall be up to Club Dynamite management’s complete discretion. There shall be no consideration of a refund of fees unless special circumstances apply.
· The gym is closed on Public Holidays, fees calculated accordingly

 

Special Discounts

· 50% OFF the first two classes for new members.
· 10% OFF additional programs for each member.
· 5% OFF for a family of 2 attending.
· 10% OFF for a family of 3 or more attending.
