On Saturday January 13th coaches, gymnasts, judges and volunteers from all over QLD gathered together at the Royal on the Park hotel in Brisbane City to celebrate an incredible year of gymnastics for Queensland in 2017!

The purpose of the dinner is to celebrate and recognise excellence and achievement in our wonderful sport.  For the 2nd year in a row Club Dynamite was awarded the Club 1000 plaque, for the amazing achievement of being home to over 1000 gymnasts throughout 2017.

The highlight of the evening, was when Club Dynamite owner, Kristel Suess, was awarded the prestigious 2017 GFA coach of the year award.  

Well done to all the wonderful clubs and coaches throughout QLD for their efforts and achievements for this diverse and exciting sport throughout the year.  Over 50000 gymnasts participated in gymnastics classes in our State in 2017!  

We are excited to see what 2018 will bring!
