2025 August Seal Walks Challenge

Congratulations to the 25 division winners in our 2025 August Seal Walks Challenge.  

The goal was to walk across the floor as fast as they could in front support, with their feet on a slider.  This takes incredible arm speed and core strength.

A massive congratulations to Intermediate Performance Team member - Chelsea Dewey, for the fastest overall time of 6.02 seconds

2024 Choreography Competition

Congratulations to all of those gymnasts who participated in the 2024 Choreography Competition in December 2024!  The gymnasts created their own solo, duo, trio and group routines to perform for family and friends.  It was an incredible evening of entertainment.

Choreography develops the gymnasts creativity, team work, problem solving skills, musicality, confidence, leadership skills, negotiation skills, divergent thinking skills, time management and so much more, plus its lots of fun and a chance to showcase many of the skills they have been learning throughout the year.
