Congratulations to all of those Silver and Gold gymnasts who completed their strength test in May 2019.  Strength is one of the most important aspects to successfully learning gymnastics skills and we are very proud of the progress all of our Silver and Gold gymnasts have been making in their strength development.

All gymnasts received a certificate. with their own personal records and medals and trophies were awarded to every gymnasts who achieved a score in the top 3 for their program.  Congratulations to our winners -
