Congratulatioins to those gymansts in our Bronze program who have successfully passed their Bronze Medals in block 1, and have been invited to move up to Bronze Plus!

In our Bronze program, our gymansts are aiming to earn their 7 floor based skill ribbons, by mastering each of the most improtant core skills on Floor - 
Black - safety
Blue - Statics
Red - forward roll
Green - backward roll
Purple - handstand
Rainbow - Cartwheel
Yellow - Bridge

Once all 7 ribbons have been achieved, the gymnast is awarded their Bronze medal and get to take the exciting step up to the Bronze Plus program.  In Bronze Plus they step up to a 90 minute class, and have the chance to build on all their core gymnastics skills to learn more advanced skills.
