Congratulations to the 25 gymnasts from our Bronze Plus and Teen Plus programs who successfully passed their Plus medal in term 4 and have been invited to move up to the Silver level in 2023!

This is great achievement with gymansts matsering skills such as handstand forward rolls, extended rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels on both legs, 1 arm cartwheels, handstands, headstands, handstand pops, back bends, bridge kickovers, cartwheel snap ups, hurdles etc.

In the Silver level these gymansts will learn lots of new and exciting skills, as they step up to being intermediate level gymnasts!
