The Noosa Eisteddfod is always one of our Favourite weekends of the year!  Heading into the September School Holidays, our Performance Teams head up to Noosa to enjoy a great competition a great beach holiday!

This years competition was on September 14th and 15th.

On September 14th our Junior Team headed up to Noosa to compete in the 10 years and under age group, there was some excellent competition, and some of the best they have faced this year!  They competed in the 10 years and under Acrobatics group, and won 2nd place with their Newsies routine and Highly Commended (4th place) with their Frozen routine.  Then it was off to enjoy Noosa as everyone headed off to their hotels, the beach and of course to eat ice cream!

Sunday September 15th, was a huge day with our Mini, Intermediate and Senior teams competing in 4 seperate divisions, and winning 1st place in all divisions that day!

We started out with our Mini Teams, competing in the 8 years and under Acrobatics gorups division.  they entered 2 routines, and they won BOTH 1st and 2nd place in the section.  

Next up were our Intermediates, competing the 12 years and under Acrobatics section.  The sections were tough, with amazing competition, and our Intermediates really stepped up to the plate, winning both 1st place and 3rd place in the division.

Finally it was time for our Seniors to hit the stage, in the 16 and under age group, they did an amazing job in the Acro winning both 1st place and 2nd place in the difficult section and then topped off the day by winning both 1st place and 3rd place in the Novelty section too!

Well done everyone, just one more group comp to go!  The Future Stars finals in October!
