Congratulations to the winners of our 2025 February Leg Lift Challenge, 2025 March Handstand Challenge and our 2025 May long jump challenge,. In these monthly challenges the gymnasts aim to set a record for one particular area of strength. The winners of each division are presented with a medal in class.
FEBRUARY LEG LIFT CHALLENGE
The goal was to hang on the wall bars and lift both feet up to touch the bar and back down as many times as they could in 30 seconds! This takes incredible core strength!

MARCH HANDSTAND HOLD CHALLENGE
The goal for march was to told a handstand as long as they could, with perfect straight and together legs and no walking on hands. This is supder challenging as the average person will only be able to hold a handstand for about half a second!
